Majordomo MF algorithm together with the control device and integration into the general ventilation system performs the task of sorting and redistribution of air flows individually, inside each room of each apartment of the apartment building depending on the intensity of use of the rooms.

Majordomo MF is a solution to enhance the quality of life even if an apartment building cannot be equipped with a shared or individual heat recovery system

Majordomo MF is used in apartment buildings when common professional equipment (fan with pressure sensor, heat pump, etc.) is placed on one common ventilation shaft on the roof, and only Majordomo MF is placed in each apartment without fan control, but with fresh air supply through supply dampers.

Thus our system regulates the air flow in each apartment and closes the dampers when fresh air is not needed, and the fan on the roof has a pressure sensor and regulates the speed and volume of the extracted air.

Easy installation

A qualified installer can install the Majordomo Multi Flow system without the need for special training.

Detailed instructions

Each device comes with a detailed step-by-step instruction. It is necessary to select the required operating mode by jumper on the board according to the instruction under the cover. The device is set up and calibrated independently, no additional adjustment is required.

The unit requires no regular maintenance, just what you do as part of your general ventilation system maintenance. No consumables or annual maintenance fees.
